Print Repeating Title Rows

Have you ever noticed that in the default print settings of MS Excel, the title rows are only printed on the first page. Following is an example of that

 Consider there is a sheet with lines more than what can be printed on one page 

 

If you see the print preview of first page, you will see the rows at the top 

However on the second page, the title rows go missing


Luckily MS Excel, provides a built-in solution to that. Go to "Page Layout" Tab on the ribbon and click on "Print Titles"



The following pop-up will appear. Click on the button on the right side on "Rows to repeat at top:"


Select the rows which you wish to print at every page. In this case we are selecting top two rows. After selecting click on button on the small pop-up as shown below


You will be shown the old pop-up with selected row numbers. Click on "OK" and see the print preview again


You will find that the selected rows are printed on each page now
